Great Grey Shrike has occurred  briefly in three winters, (1st winter) February 1999, (adult) February 2000 and (1st winter) January-March 2004. The 1999 and 2000 records were thought to involve the same returning individual. This bird was also near Avonmouth Sewage Works.

The first two images are video grabs taken at Chittening Warth of a bird that was present 14th-19th February 1999. The middle two pictures are scans of 35 mm prints of the bird at Chittening Warth 13th February 2000.
The images below are of the 2004 bird at Chittening Warth taken on 10th  January.
